A JOURNEY TO THE HEART BEHIND THE PLATE
Over 5 days and 4 nights, we will journey from the source of Mexico’s ingredients — the soil, hands, and stories that nourish them — to the Michelin-level tables where they are transformed into art.
This is where the quiet presence of a regenerative farm at dawn balances the glow of a world-class restaurant at night.
Where we listen to the stories of farmers, artisans, chefs, and servers and witness how each thread weaves the tapestry of place. All while resting in the serenity of Orchid House.
